Grown at high altitude in the Colombian highlands, this variety is a natural mutation of the classic Bourbon cultivar. The pink cherries signal an unusual concentration of sugars that translates directly into the cup: bright, fruit-forward, and floral in a way that surprises even experienced specialty coffee drinkers.
